4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are agreed upon in advance through an engagement letter or invoice.
  • Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of services.
  • We reserve the right to withhold deliverables or final reports until payment is received in full.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information provided by the client.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by the client or any third party based on our services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, templates, and tools provided to you remain our intellectual property and may not be distributed or reused without permission.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice.
  • Upon termination, you are responsible for paying all outstanding fees for services rendered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
